The Funniest Story

First of all, you need to know that I’ve been using the cover of my book, Life in the Pit, as my Facebook profile picture. My teen-aged daughter, Tasia, has been teaching me the Facebook ropes and did a lot to set me up. Consequently a lot of my friends are actually her real life friends. She arrived at a party last weekend and was surprised to hear this bit of conversation, “Does anyone else think Tasia’s mom is really fit?” “Yeah, she’s hot, but I can’t see all of her face.” It was at this point that Tasia realized many of her friends thought the girl on my cover was actually me!
